📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and implement PLC-based control systems for industrial applications.
• Program and configure PLCs using industry-standard software such as Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, or Allen-Bradley RSLogix.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to integrate automation solutions into larger systems.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Document technical specifications, installation procedures, and maintenance guidelines.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on automation systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation and control systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our automation capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
• Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, or Allen-Bradley RSLogix.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles relevant to automation systems.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
