In this role, you will be responsible for managing affiliate partnerships, tracking performance, and ensuring seamless operations. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue and grow our TikTok Shop presence in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow our TikTok Shop affiliate network, including onboarding new affiliates and maintaining existing partnerships.
• Track and report on affiliate performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with affiliate program policies and best practices.
• Monitor and optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize revenue and ROI.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the management team on affiliate performance and market trends.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our TikTok Shop offerings.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and digital advertising.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing affiliate partnerships and tracking performance.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and other social commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
