In this role, you'll work closely with our team to develop and publish high-quality content across various platforms, including our website, social media, and email newsletters. You'll also moderate our online community, ensuring it remains a safe and welcoming space for parents to share their experiences and learn from one another. With your expertise, we'll continue to set the standard for parenting content in the region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and publish engaging and informative parenting content for our website, social media, and email newsletters.
• Create and curate content calendars to ensure consistent and high-quality output.
• Lead and moderate our online community, fostering connections and growth among our members.
• Collaborate with our team to gather and analyze user feedback to improve our content and community.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest parenting trends, research, and best practices to inform our content strategy.
• Work with our marketing team to develop and execute content marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze our content's performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Attend and participate in parenting-related events and workshops to expand our content offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in parenting content creation, community management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of creating engaging and informative parenting content.
• Strong understanding of parenting trends, research, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Experience with content management systems like WordPress or Joomla.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
