Account Executive / Junior Executive - Dynamic Accounting Role in Bali

As an Account Executive / Junior Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our accounting operations, driving efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

In this role, you'll work closely with our team to manage accounts receivable and payable, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You'll leverage your knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software to streamline our financial processes and provide actionable insights to our leadership team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and budgeting activities
• Provide financial support to the sales and operations teams as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial accounts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP or IFRS is a plus
• Fluency in English is a plus
