📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management software like SAP or WMS.
• Ensuring all orders are processed and shipped on time to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborating with the team to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assisting in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.
• Adhering to quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing any issues or concerns related to order processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the e-commerce or logistics industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software such as SAP or WMS.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
