📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and draft legal documents related to employment contracts, termination agreements, and other HR-related matters.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Support the HR department in administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and processing payroll-related documents.
• Provide legal advice and support to the HR team on matters related to employee relations and company policies.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in training and development programs for employees.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or legal roles, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
