📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure adherence to company standards and client requirements.
• Manage a team of 10-15 cleaners, providing training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules using CleanScape and other facility management software.
• Coordinate with property managers and hotel staff to address any issues or concerns related to cleaning services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the quality of cleaning services and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new cleaning protocols and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleaning operations management, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing cleaning teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with facility management software such as CleanScape, Workday, or similar tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and attention to detail.
• Certification in cleaning operations or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language of business in Bali.
