📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve market position.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across departments.
• Use Salesforce and Google Analytics to manage customer data and track performance metrics.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
