📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create accurate and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop and refine design concepts.
- Ensure drawings meet industry standards and project specifications.
- Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to address any issues or changes in the design.
- Stay updated with the latest software features and industry trends.
- Maintain and organize digital files and drawings.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for clients.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CAD drafting or similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
