📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and safety standards.,Train and supervise production staff to ensure optimal performance.,Manage inventory and ensure raw materials are available and properly stored.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control standards.,Proven experience in supervising and training production staff.,Experience in managing production schedules and inventory.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and equipment.
