With a strong focus on quality and efficiency, you'll drive our resort's reputation for excellence in the luxury hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of front desk, housekeeping, and dining services.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with department heads to maintain operational efficiency.
• Leverage PMS and CRM tools to manage guest data and streamline operations.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure consistent service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing team operations and driving guest satisfaction.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of PMS and CRM tools used in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
