📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customers to assess their creditworthiness and provide financial solutions.
• Guide customers through the loan application process using Home Credit's proprietary CRM system.
• Ensure smooth and efficient financial transactions using mobile banking apps.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
