📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute development initiatives in Bangka Belitung.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of development projects, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Participate in national and regional conferences and workshops to share insights and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to government agencies and local stakeholders in Bangka Belitung.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in national and international development strategies.
• Contribute to the creation of policy briefs, research papers, and other publications to disseminate strategic insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic analysis, development planning, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, STATA, or R.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior officials and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Indonesian development policies and the unique challenges of Bangka Belitung.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel domestically as required.
• Valid Indonesian work permit and residency status.
