Leasing Executive (Mall Operations)

As a Leasing Executive at Hardaya Widya Graha, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the leasing process, from initial tenant inquiries to lease renewals and tenant relations. You will work closely with our leasing team, property managers, and retail tenants to ensure that our mall remains a desirable and profitable space for both our landlord and tenants. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire leasing process, including tenant inquiries, lease negotiations, and lease renewals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail tenants to ensure their satisfaction and retention
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new leasing opportunities and trends
• Coordinate with property managers and other internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient leasing process
• Prepare and present lease agreements, renewal proposals, and other leasing-related documents
• Monitor lease performance and provide regular reports to management
• Assist in the development and implementation of leasing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail real estate leasing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail real estate leasing or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of retail leasing market trends and best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Property Management System (PMS) software is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
