PT Visi Usaha is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Telesales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales and a strong understanding of our products and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound telesales calls.,Maintain and expand existing client relationships to increase sales and revenue.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends.,Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of our products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
