In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's fixed asset records, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting the finance team in their operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's fixed asset register, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.,Prepare and submit monthly fixed asset reports to management, including depreciation schedules and asset disposal records.,Conduct regular physical inventories of fixed assets to verify the accuracy of the records.,Assist in the preparation of annual fixed asset statements and tax returns.,Provide support to the finance team in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to fixed asset management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of asset transfers, leases, and disposals.,Assist in the preparation of budget and forecast for fixed asset expenditures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fixed asset accounting or a similar role.,Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly those related to fixed assets.,Familiarity with accounting software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
