📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Control inventory and ordering to optimize costs and ensure availability.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
