Berkah Krisna Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our café from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest standards.,Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and properly recorded.,Represent the café at events and meetings, both in person and virtually.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer software and technology.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Understanding of marketing and customer service principles.,Ability to work independently and remotely.
