PT Nagari Lestari is seeking a talented and dedicated Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a smooth workflow. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.,Maintain and calibrate production equipment to prevent downtime.,Coordinate with team members to meet production targets.,Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.,Conduct regular quality checks and report any issues to the supervisor.,Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.,Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep production lines running smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Familiarity with production equipment and processes.,Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work.,Experience with remote work and self-management is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
