📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events,Greet and seat guests upon arrival,Provide excellent customer service throughout the event,Assist with food and beverage service,Ensure the banquet area is clean and well-maintained,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly,Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure smooth event execution,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Familiarity with basic computer skills,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
