Salon Budi Gadget is looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high performance standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent service.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed.,Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote sales.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.
