📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the procurement process, including identifying purchasing needs, sourcing suppliers, and negotiating contracts.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet departmental requirements.
• Monitor and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures.
• Conduct cost analysis and negotiate prices to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
