📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of our professionals to ensure they are meeting our quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to our professionals to help them improve their performance.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Representatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Thumbtack Philippines team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
