📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.,Lead promotional activities and events to drive sales and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
