📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production targets.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.,Implement and monitor production schedules and budgets.,Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
