📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned stores to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Manage and motivate a team of store assistants to achieve departmental and store goals.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management to prevent overstocking or stockouts.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop store assistants on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement store improvement initiatives and new product launches.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store performance, sales, and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Must be fluent in both Indonesian and English.
