📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks.,Support the IT department in implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures.,Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware.,Provide technical support to users and departments as needed.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.,Assist in the development and maintenance of IT documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Good understanding of networking concepts and technologies.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaPythonor C++.Familiarity with database management systems.Experience with IT security and risk management.Knowledge of IT project management methodologies.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
