📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement of food supplies.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in quality control and food safety audits.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef in a healthcare facility or similar setting.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience with dietary restrictions and special dietary needs.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate is a plus.
