📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets,Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends,Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related role,Proven track record of success in sales and business development,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with sales tools and software,Fluency in English and Indonesian
