Global Cement is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Seminyak. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cash operations, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by providing product information, processing payments, and ensuring accurate billing.,Manage cash operations, including counting cash, handling deposits, and reconciling cash drawers.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including stocking products, cleaning cash registers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.,Assist in inventory management by counting stock levels, updating inventory records, and ordering restocking as needed.,Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, cash handling, and customer service.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in a sales or cashier role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.,Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds as needed.
