Glow Central Pratama is looking for an experienced Assistant Captain to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will assist the Captain in managing the crew and ensuring smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing crew schedules and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Monitor and report on crew performance and conduct regular training sessions.,Handle crew discipline issues and maintain a positive work environment.,Assist in the planning and execution of vessel operations and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with maritime laws and international standards.,Assist in the preparation and submission of crew documentation and reports.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Provide support during emergency situations and drills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MMC) or equivalent.,Good knowledge of maritime laws and international standards.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team.,Proficient in English and local language (Indonesian).,Experience with crew management and discipline.,Knowledge of vessel operations and maintenance.
