📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and evaluate the needs of families to determine appropriate support services.,Develop and implement family support programs tailored to individual and family needs.,Provide counseling, guidance, and advocacy to families in need.,Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists, counselors, and community organizations, to ensure comprehensive support for families.,Educate and empower families on various topics, including parenting, mental health, and community resources.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of family support programs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and program activities.,Attend to administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining client files.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a family services or social work setting.,Strong knowledge of family dynamics, child development, and mental health issues.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid certification or license as a Social Worker in Indonesia or another relevant country.,Experience working with diverse populations and cultures is a plus.
