📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for materials and services.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement actions.,Ensure all procurement activities are documented and reported accurately.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other procurement software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement regulations and practices.
