📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage engineering projects from inception to completion.,Develop and implement engineering plans and procedures.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.,Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering.,Strong technical skills and knowledge in engineering principles.,Proven experience in project management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
