Makmur Fajar Fried Chicken is looking for a dynamic and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work both in the office and on the road. If you are passionate about logistics and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance, and keep detailed records of all activities.,Provide support and guidance to drivers, and ensure they are aware of all safety and operational procedures.,Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best deals on vehicle maintenance and fuel.,Analyze and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
