PT Cakrawala Wisesa is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Teller to join our team in Cikarang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Teller in managing customer transactions, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Teller in handling customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions to maintain customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized teller counter at all times.,Assist in reconciling cash and ensuring proper documentation of all transactions.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Assist in training and onboarding new team members.,Monitor and report any irregularities or suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking or financial services environment, preferably as a Teller or similar role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with banking software and systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
