Bay Go Jaya is looking for a dedicated Deputy Kitchen Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff,Ensure food quality and safety standards are met,Assist in planning and organizing kitchen schedules,Handle food waste and disposal in an environmentally friendly manner,Participate in kitchen maintenance and equipment upkeep

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Good communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques,Valid food handling certificate is a plus
