📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and recorded properly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage services.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Proficient in using POS systems and other relevant software.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
