📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics operations.,Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely delivery of goods.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipping documents and receipts.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to identify areas for improvement.,Provide support to the logistics team in the event of emergencies or disruptions.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle, if required.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
