📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing administrative tasks and operations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare and maintain administrative records and files.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Support the HR department with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing reports and documents.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or limited work experience in administration.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with basic HR processes and procedures is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
